Dear friends and family - I am forwarding this link to the 2009 Aflac Chopper Classic to you for your information. This golf tournament is a major source of therapy income needed for Danny's continuation at Beyond Therapy at the Shepherd Clinic. Many of you have participated in the past. There are so many ways to participate if you can help - involve your business - many companies will match your donation as their form of contribution; sponsor a hole at several levels of sponsorship; have a bake sale or a penny drive; hold a 5K run or walk for support; wherever your imagination takes you to create some support, act on it! With just a little help from all of us, Danny will be independently walking this year!! Those are not my words, but those of his primary therapist. We invite you to join us for another year of golf at the 2009 Aflac Chopper Classic.
We're pleased to offer sponsors and contributors the added benefit of our new relationship with the National Transplant Assistance Fund (NTAF). NTAF Catastrophic Injury Program is a nonprofit organization, offering contributors fiscal accountability and providing "patients and their families, friends and communities with the necessary tools to raise funds for uninsured injury-related expenses." Please thoughtfully consider how you can be involved in the tournament this year. Whether you're able to play as an individual, forward this note onto a friend, invite your employer to sponsor, donate giveaways for the raffle, or sponsor a tee, all the funds raised go directly to pay for Danny's uninsured medical costs including his participation in Beyond Therapy at Shepherd Center.
I have included a few photos of Danny at Beyond Therapy so you can see how much progress he's made, in addition to the types of exercises he performs. Also, a picture of our first family photo after the motorcycle accident (Family9-05.jpg).

We're so blessed to have you all for support.
